Pharmacy Form

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Please see the following media release regarding the future of VHC by clicking here. Please continue to submit vaccine availability according to the guidelines outlined at https://appointments.vaccinehunters.ca/ so that it will be added to the VHC FYI tool, where we will be directing Canadians to search for local vaccine availability.

New System

Thank you pharmacy partners for using our platform to let people know you have availability. We have launched https://appointments.vaccinehunters.ca/ which consolidates vaccine availability Canada-wide in one easy to use platform and you are able to continue reporting vaccine availability!

The new system also makes it easier for you to fill out the form and is available in 22 languages. PHARMACISTS and other Healthcare professionals please log in using the same password as before.
