CHILDREN AGES 5-11
• Book via the Provincial Portal or by calling 1-833-943-3900 for any of the City-run immunization clinic locations (Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Woodbine Mall, Scarborough Town Centre, Cloverdale Mall, Mitchell Field, Gerrard Sq, Eglinton Sq, Shoppers World Danforth, UofT, Thorncliffe Park Community Hub etc). (No walk-ins.)
• The default interval between 1st & 2nd doses for kids 5-11 years of age is 8 weeks. Should you wish to have your child vaccinated at a shortened interval (as little as 21 days between doses), you will have to call the provincial booking system to do so by phone as it will not allow you to book online at a shortened interval. Alternatively most of the hospital network clinics listed in the 'Appointment Options' section below, as well as many pharmacies, are allowing a shortened interval for kids with informed consent from a parent.
