ELIGIBILITY
1st dose: all residents aged 12+ on the day of the immunization
2nd dose: all residents aged 12+ who received their 1st dose 28+ days ago
Booster / 3rd dose: all residents aged 18+ who received their 2nd dose 3 months ago; born in 2009 or earlier with certain health conditions who received their 2nd dose 3 months ago; those who received the Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine 2 months ago; certain immunocompromised populations and residents of long term care, special care and personal care homes who received their 2nd dose 28 days ago
4th dose: certain immunocompromised populations and residents of long term care, special care and personal care homes who received their 3rd dose 3 months ago
